Size & Measurements

How do I pick the right size?

Once you are on the collection page, check the size filter (XS-XXXL) and input your correct size. If you’re not sure about your size, click on the size chart to check your body measurements.


What is your Home Try-On service about?

For those in Delhi NCR, you can have a size expert visit you with two outfits that you want to try on, and also have your measurements taken at an additional cost of Rs. 200. WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 or drop us an email on care@stage3.co to book our home try-on service.


How do I send you my precise body measurements?

• To send us your correct body measurements, go to the ‘measurements’ section on your account page, and input your correct body measurements before placing your order and we will have the outfit altered to your size.
• For those in Delhi NCR, you can even book a home-try on (at an additional cost of Rs. 200 for two outfits) and have a size expert measure you or book an appointment for a personal styling session at our styling studio in Delhi for free.


What is the deadline for submitting my measurements?

Once you place your order with us, we send you an email and sms with the specified date to submit your body measurements. We would request you to send us the measurements by the date mentioned else we will have to cancel your order and we will hate to do so.


What if I don’t like the fit of the garment when it is delivered?

You can try on the look once it has been delivered to you. If you are not happy with the fit, WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 or email us at care@stage3.co and we will have it collected. We will refund the rental amount and the security deposit to your bank account within 24 hours.

If you are in Delhi NCR, we will re-alter the garment to match your correct body measurements. All you have to do is WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 or email us at care@stage3.co and we will have it collected, re-altered and delivered again.

How we care for your occasion?

Fit - We want our outfits to fit you well so we tailor it to the measurements you share with us.

Cleaning - Our outfits will always be as good as new. Each outfit is dry cleaned using the most modern eco-friendly techniques in the business. It is then steam pressed and finished by a QC team that has worked for years with top fashion designers. You will love the way we take care of our garments, we promise!

How do you ensure hygiene for the outfits?

At Stage3, we maintain very high hygiene standards to make sure you have a good experience. Our outfits will always be as good as new. Each outfit is dry cleaned using the most modern eco-friendly techniques in the business. It is then steam pressed and finished by a QC team that has worked for years with top fashion designers. You will not be disappointed, we promise!


How do you ensure the right fit?

Security Deposit

What is the security deposit?

Every time you reserve an outfit you will be asked to pay a security deposit that is equal to the rental price of your outfit. For example, if your outfit costs ₹5,000, we will add a security deposit of ₹5,000 to your bill, making the total ₹10,000. Since all our garments are authentic designer pieces, the security deposit is just standard protocol and serves as an insurance cover for our outfits whilst they are with you.


When will I get my deposit back?

The security deposit is an assurance we keep whilst you have the outfit. We will refund your deposit in full once the outfit is returned and has passed inspection. The transfer will reflect in your bank account within 24 hours of it reaching us.


What if I damage the outfit?

We know that you'll treat these outfits as if they were your own. We also know that routine wear and tear such as a few sequins falling off is unavoidable. However, if we find ‘significant damage’ to the outfit or there is a large stain that cannot be removed through our standard dry cleaning process, we will have to charge you to restore it. The charge will depend on the nature of the damage.

If the damage is so large that it results in a ‘substantial loss’, which means we can no longer rent the outfit, we will have to charge you up to 100% of the retail value of the damaged product. You can, however, keep the outfit as we can no longer rent it to other customers.

Order & Delivery

How do I place an order on Stage3?

It’s pretty simple!

Step 1: Select the perfect look from our collection of authentic designer outfits and accessories.
Step 2: Pick a date on the calendar. Click on reserve now.
Step 3: Add your delivery address and make the payment.

Yay! You’re all done and an email will be sent to you for your correct body measurements. Add those and your order is confirmed for delivery.

What does ‘Occasion date‘ mean?

The occasion date refers to the date you want the outfit for. At Stage3 you can reserve an outfit as much as 90 days in advance.


How long can I keep an outfit?

You have the option to reserve a look for 3 or 6 days. We will deliver it to you on the first day and pick it up on the last.

A 3-day rental means that the look will arrive one day before your occasion, you wear it on the day of the occasion and we pick it up the day after. For instance, if your occasion date is the 20th, we will deliver the outfit to you on the 19th and pick it up on the 21st.

A 6-day rental is great for when you are travelling or need flexibility on when you want to wear the piece. In the case of a 6-day rental, we deliver the outfit one day before the occasion, you can wear it on any of the days thereafter, and we will pick it up on the 6th day.


What happens if I want to extend my rental period?

If you happen to love the look so much that you want to extend your rental period then WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 or drop us an email on care@stage3.co. Our looks are usually pre-booked for other clients, but we will do our best to accommodate you.


How do I make a payment?

You can pay using a credit card, debit card or net banking. Please note that we will charge you at the time of placing the order, not on delivery. If you are in Delhi NCR, you can even avail cash/ check on delivery (and with COD, you can place an order up to to six weeks in advance).


Where do you deliver to?

We are slowly expanding across India. At the moment we only deliver to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Ludhiana. If you don’t find your city listed on our website, WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 or write to us at care@stage3.co and we will do our best to accommodate you.


When will it be delivered?

We will deliver your order one day before the date of your occasion. Our delivery timings are between 10 am-8 pm. A member of our team will call you one day before to confirm your availability and to make sure it is delivered on time and looking perfect.


What happens if I am not at home when you deliver?

Our delivery team will call you before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can let them know if you need to change the time of delivery. Our standard delivery timings are 10 am-8 pm, Mon-Sat.


What if I want to change the date of delivery?

At Stage3, we work tirelessly behind the scenes to create an exhilarating fashion experience for you. This process involves a lot of moving parts, so we hope you understand our position when we say that we cannot guarantee that your outfit will be available for the new delivery date. Returns & Cancellations

When do I have to return the outfit?

Once your rental period is done! Our booking cycle is either 3 days or 6 days. Don’t stress, we will handle the collection. Our courier will pick up the outfit on the 3rd or 6th day depending on the booking. We will call and/or email you the day before to confirm that you will be available. If you love your look so much that you want to hang on to it for a little longer, send us an email at care@stage3.co or WhatsApp/ call us on +91-9871762729 and we’ll see what we can do to help you out.


How do I return the outfit?

Follow the packaging instructions written on the box, sent to you by email. The outfits are delicate, so please be careful when packaging them, and don’t forget to return any accessories that you may have borrowed! We will pick up the outfit on the 3rd or 6th day depending on the booking and will confirm the time a day before.


What if I’m late returning the outfit

Ouch! We’d hate for that to happen and encourage you to avoid that at all costs. We rely on you to return our products on time so that we are able to fulfill our promise to our other customers. Sadly, we will have to charge a late fee of ₹1,000/day for any delay – this will be adjusted against your security deposit.

How do I make the payment?

You can pay using a credit card, debit card, net banking or by cash on delivery. Please note that we will charge you at the time of placing the order, not on delivery. You can avail COD option if you place an order up to to six weeks in advance.


What are Fashion Reward Points?

Fashion Reward Points are fully redeemable credit points that are added to your account with every transaction you make on Stage3’s website.


How do I earn Fashion Reward Points?

Every time you place an order with Stage3, we’ll add Fashion Reward Points to your account. Earn additional Fashion Reward Points by referring your friends and get 200 points in your account when they sign up.


How do I redeem my Fashion Reward Points?

It’s super simple! At the time of checkout, add the reward points reflected in your cart page before you make the payment. Please note that you can use up to 500 points (equal to Rs. 500) for orders worth Rs. 3,000 and up to 1,000 credit points for orders above Rs. 3,000.

How do I sell my garment on Stage3?

If you own an authentic designer piece of clothing which you no longer wish to wear, and is in good condition to sell, you can call Stage3 on +91-9871762729 or email at care@stage3.co. Our team will get in touch with you the same day within business hours and guide you through the process.


Who will be responsible for picking up the outfit from my place?

Don’t worry about it! Pick up will be done free of charge by Stage3.


How long will it take for you to list my garment on Stage3’s website?

Once we’ve received your garment, it will take us 7 working days to check for authenticity, quality and to do a photoshoot before we showcase your garment on Stage3’s website.


How will Stage3 decide on a price for my garment?

Depending on the usage and condition of the garment, the final price will be set by Stage3’s fashion experts with full consent from the seller.


When will I get paid for my garment once it’s sold?

Once the sale has been made from Stage3’s website, you will be paid in 10 working days and the money will be transferred to your bank account through an NEFT transaction.


What happens if my garment is rejected by Stage3 for sale on their website?

If for some reason our experts feel that your garment does not meet the Stage3 requirements for sale, it will be sent back to you free of charge within a week.

For Buyers

Are these garments authentic designer wear?

Our in-house experts check every garment to ensure it’s authenticity.


What is the condition of the garment?

These garments are pre-owned designer wear clothes sourced from our reliable network of fashionistas or never worn sample pieces sourced directly from the designers. We have categorised the garments under 4 types: New, As Good As New, Gently used and Adequately Used.


Is the shipping free?

Yes, the garment will be shipped to you free of charge by Stage3.


Can I come see the garments?

Sure! If you’re in Delhi NCR, you are welcome to come to our studio in South Delhi, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 5 pm and have a look at the garment but trials are not allowed.


Can I pay for the garment in cash?

Sorry, but all payments can only be made online.


How long will it take for me to receive the garment after I’ve bought it on Stage3’s website?

Once you’ve made the payment, your chosen garment will be dispatched from our studio within 4-5 working days.


What do I do if the garment I receive does not match the description on the website?

Worry not! In case the garment does not match the description given on our website, inform us within 24 hours of receiving the garment and we will get it picked up and give you a full refund within 7 working days.
